We are looking for a Software Developer to collaborate with project managers and engineers in designing and implementing client-specific solutions. Your role will include developing high-quality code, creating system workflow diagrams, evaluating and enhancing current systems, and contributing to data migration processes. You will also write ETL scripts, assist with production data migration, and provide post-implementation support to clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, including data migration from legacy legal matter management systems, while ensuring timely delivery and system optimization.

• Proven experience in implementing legal systems and understanding IT project best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including leading teams and serving as the primary client point of contact.
• Proficiency in making formal and informal presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with all organizational levels.
• Educational background in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a self-motivated attitude.
• Flexibility to work non-standard business hours as needed to meet project demands.
• Prior experience in engaging directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and apply technology solutions.
