Business Analyst – Mid Level Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to ensure the realization of maximum value for our organization from the product.

Responsibilities:

• Define, prioritize, and manage product features and requirements based on market opportunities and customer needs.
• Evaluate the work done by the development team and provide constant feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate the project plan, priorities, and product vision to the development team, stakeholders, and customers.
• Gather requirements from key stakeholders and create a comprehensive plan of action using different project management tools.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure well-defined and timely execution of product requirements.
• Develop a clear and inspiring product vision that aligns with the organization’s mission and strategy.
• Utilize Agile development methodologies to manage the product backlog, conduct sprint reviews, and collaborate effectively with the development team.
• Analyze patient Electronic Health Records (EHR) data, develop use cases, and make data-driven decisions about the product.
• Encourage the development team to share ideas and insights, incorporating feedback into the product backlog and development process.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and quality assurance, to ensure the product meets customer needs and is delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Master of Science in Health Informatics or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proven experience in product development or related roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to define and execute product requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficient in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives.
